Jen Haney Conover is the Director of Records Management/Archives for Greene County, Ohio, where she has overseen all aspects of the county’s records management and archival operations since April 2025. Jen received her B.A. in history with a minor in music history from Miami University, and completed her graduate education at Wright State University with a M.A. in Public History. Jen is active in the Ohio County Archivists & Records Manager Association, Society of Ohio Archivists, and the Miami Valley Archives Roundtable. Prior to coming to Greene County, Jen spent 12 years as the Director of Records/Archives at Warren County, and also worked at the AFRL History Office in Dayton and the Greene County Room in Xenia, Ohio. In her spare time, she is an active runner, completing 2-3 half marathons a year, loves live music and spending time with her husband Brian, daughter Lottie, and labradoodle, Striker.
